Refund/Returns Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision, as most of our products are specifically manufactured to your design and/or cut to your requirements.

Custom Made Garden Sheds: Sheds that have been manufactured to individual specifications are not returnable.

As all sheds are built to order, Shed Bonanza does not accept returns. Please ensure that you order the shed you wish to receive.

However, we may agree for you to return some garden sheds*, that have not been installed at your cost, within 7 days of delivery for a refund less a 25% restocking fee. Please email vanessa@shedbonanza.com.au immediately if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can reach a solution.

All products must be returned in their original condition otherwise no refund will be given.

All freight and dismantling costs are to be paid by the customer.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Please choose carefully however as we do not refund simply for change of mind or circumstances.
