Refund/Returns Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision, as most of our products are specifically manufactured to your design and/or cut to your requirements.

Please choose carefully when placing your order. As all of our garages, carports, barns, large sheds and garden sheds are manufactured to order, Shed Bonanza Pty Ltd does not provide refunds if you change your mind or make an incorrect decision.

Custom-Made and Made-to-Order Sheds
All sheds, including garages, carports, barns and larger sheds, are made to order and therefore not returnable under any circumstances. Please ensure all specifications are correct before confirming your order.

Standard Garden Sheds (Limited Exceptions)
In limited circumstances, and at our discretion, we may accept the return of certain non-custom garden sheds* that have not been installed. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns will incur a 25% restocking fee, and all freight, dismantling and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will not be issued if items are damaged, incomplete or not in original condition.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

In addition, goods are supplied with the benefits of any applicable manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

If a failure is major, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a failure is minor, you are entitled to repair or replacement within a reasonable time.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, exposure to corrosive environments, lack of maintenance, or unauthorised modifications.
