My first impression of Shed Bonanza was over the phone and it was a good one. I’d rung around a few places and the response from Shed Bonanza was completely different. I wasn’t familiar with permits or garage design and my main motivator was to house a new boat and the family’s sports equipment. Other companies were unable to offer help and expected I would know the regulations.
From the beginning they were patient and able to answer my questions – always responsive, happy to work with me providing guidance and helpful with the design aspects too. I was under some time pressure and Shed Bonanza helped organise the planning permits and advise of the site location. There were multiple design changes and they were always willing to accommodate.
The installer I selected from the recommended list is a father and son team and they were fantastic. They spotted a couple of manufacturer errors in the materials and together with Shed Bonanza, problems were resolved very quickly fixed within a couple of days.
When we decided to move to be closer to the water, I searched everywhere for a comparable garage and found nothing. In fact, we nearly didn’t move because of that reason. When it came time to sell our property, the garage absolutely added value – no question – I’d estimate at least $50,000.00. The purchaser’s told us it was one of the major advantages and that they were looking for a property with a garage like ours. I still wish I didn’t have to leave it!
I was very happy with the service provided by Shed Bonanza and the look and feel of the garage. If I was going to build another garage, I’d definitely use them again.
