I was seeking to do a major shed building project and already had discussions with other companies but was not inspired. I’d driven past Shed Bonanza and had seen their advertising and thought I should drop in and see what they had to offer. The people were all very nice, their business has stood the test of time and my confidence was inspired. From the very start I liked the first person I met, I felt valued, listened to and decided to build with them. Shed Bonanza offers a one-stop-shop where everything is organised, from the excellent contractors they were able to recommend, right through to their understanding of shed design and engineering. I wanted a specific aspect of the engineering addressed and also wanted some advice from the experts. Shed Bonanza listened and helped to modify the design to suit my position and they worked to ensure my needs were met. It wasn’t an easy site to get a truck into and Shed Bonanza took my suggestions on board to make sure the delivery process went smoothly. There were a few issues that needed fixing along the way and Shed Bonanza worked to ensure that everything was put right. There are always going to be some issues and it’s the way these are dealt with that makes the difference. Shed Bonanza are good to deal with; they actively listen, are knowledgeable and skilful around design and planning and good on quoting. The fact that they are able to supply a preferred list of contractors is very good. They take the time to explain important aspects of their sheds and materials, for example, the different types of doors, steel and fittings, moreover, they’re open and transparent in their dealings. My first impression of Shed Bonanza was over the phone and it was a good one. I’d rung around a few places and the response from Shed Bonanza was completely different. I wasn’t familiar with permits or garage design and my main motivator was to house a new boat and the family’s sports equipment. Other companies were unable to offer help and expected I would know the regulations. From the beginning they were patient and able to answer my questions, always responsive, happy to work with me providing guidance and helpful with the design aspects too. There were multiple design changes and they were always willing to accommodate. The installer I selected from the recommended list is a father and son team and they were fantastic. They spotted a couple of manufacturer errors in the materials and together with Shed Bonanza, problems were resolved very quickly fixed within a couple of days. When we decided to move to be closer to the water, I searched everywhere for a comparable garage and found nothing. In fact, we nearly didn’t move because of that reason. When it came time to sell our property, the garage absolutely added value, no question, I’d estimate at least $50,000.00. The purchaser’s told us it was one of the major advantages and that they were looking for a property with a garage like ours. I still wish I didn’t have to leave it! We were moving house and since Shed Bonanza in Bayswater were handy to us, we could go and see their displays and get a quote. We wanted quality at a good price and we looked at every other shed place. The people at Shed Bonanza are knowledgeable across many areas and they know their product inside out and all about permits too. My husband had told me what he wanted and I was the organiser! I needed to know the entire process and found them easy to talk to. Over the time, we developed a strong relationship and they worked with me throughout - it was a real partnership. I wanted to build a double garage and called in at Shed Bonanza to see what was available. They were very easy to speak to and I was impressed by their understanding what I wanted. All I needed to do was consult with my neighbours and we did the floor plan and design so I could show them. I was very definite about the design, I wanted street appeal and for the garage to look like an integral part of the house design as if it had always been there. Their follow up was great. Whenever I’ve needed a garden shed, I’ve always taken the opportunity to contact Shed Bonanza first. Sure, we checked out a couple of the others but the service provided was no comparison to that of Shed Bonanza. They still afforded me the time as if I was more important than getting home for the weekend! I’ve had two sheds before from Shed Bonanza. This time I wanted a large shed/garage and knew I could go to Shed Bonanza, tell them what I wanted and leave everything to them to organise for me, including permits. I don’t know about sheds, I was organising the project for my son and managing the process for him. Shed Bonanza could interpret exactly what I wanted and created the perfect large shed and my sons love it! It is a serious boy’s shed! The price is right there’s no rip off here - everything is done properly. I was under time pressure because we had a new baby coming into the family and Shed Bonanza mobilised everything super-fast and super-well for us. I was looking to create my dream girl-shed. I chose the 3 metre X 3 metre with a skylight. I added an extra set of double doors and a sliding window not to mention changing the frosted skylight to clear which was meant to add an extra week but it didn’t. Google helped me find various sheds on the internet which I did visit including Shed Bonanza and from the very beginning, I knew I’d made the right choice. I would recommend Shed Bonanza for many reasons; I was impressed with their prompt responses to my questions which I thought would take at least a day to answer, arrived in half an hour via email! I was very impressed with their generosity of time and their help with the installer to work-around some of the site difficulties, even when this was not their responsibility.
